God’s Girls

(Grow In Relationship Like Sisters)

Bethel Mennonite Church offers a girls club for girls in grades 3 through 6. Meeting two Sunday evenings per month, the group explores topics of self-understanding, social skills, creativity, spiritual awareness, service, nature awareness, and basic living skills.  Themes are based on Biblical scripture with time spent reading the Bible, praying and singing. Activities include crafts and baking as well as other fun outings or group games. Girls regularly invite friends to join them, and anyone is welcome to participate. The name “God’s Girls” was chosen by the group.  The letters in Girls stand for “Grow In Relationship Like Sisters”. For more information call Barb Landes  465-3362.

Abraham’s Lot

Bethel Mennonite Church also offers a boys club for boys in grades 3 through 6. They meet Wednesday evenings with a fall session October through November and a Winter/Spring session that meets weekly.

Parents can relax during the worship knowing they will be summoned to the nursery if a problem occurs.
